After retiring from a rewarding career in medical imaging, Karen followed her passion for skin health by becoming a licensed esthetician. Combining decades of medical expertise with advanced esthetic training, she is dedicated to offering clients innovative, results-driven treatments that support beauty, wellness, and performance—all through the power of targeted cryotherapy.

Karen founded Renew Cryotherapy Spa in Charleston, South Carolina, with a mission to provide safe, effective, non-invasive solutions that help clients look, feel, and perform their best. Today, she continues to combine science, technology, and personalized care to deliver exceptional results and an outstanding client experience.

Elle Silver

Elle worked at Harvard Medical hospitals as a clinician, researcher and teacher. She is an experienced acupuncturist with years of dedicated practice, a skilled  practitioner who has cultivated a reputation for delivering transformative experiences. 

Elle spent more than 20 years working at major hospitals in multiple departments, integrating acupuncture with Western Medicine, in a way that respects both traditions. 

Beyond the realm of pain management, Elle can provide the art of facial rejuvenation via micro and nano-needling, a fusion of ancient wisdom and modern aesthetics.
